Grace, the owner of West Coast Wanderer food truck, created the truck to share her love of travel, fresh coastal cuisine, and bold, creative flavors. Inspired by her experiences along the West Coast, she brings that spirit of exploration and sunshine to every dish—from handcrafted flatbreads to flavorful tacos and vibrant bowls.
