Feed People Chicken food truck and catering in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina was created out of their love of a great rotisserie chicken. They'd never seen a food truck of this type so they decided to create it. Their trailer has two very large rotisserie chicken ovens to feed any size crowd. Their main dishes all feature their rotisserie chicken in one form or another. They serve either a two piece or a half chicken with your choice of two sides, (Creamy white mac and cheese, sweet and smoky baked beans, mashed potatoes and rotisserie chicken gravy or Carolina Cole slaw) and their famous honey buttered biscuit. They serve a variety of rotisserie chicken sandwiches, rotisserie chicken biscuits and gravy, a loaded mac bowl and their famous honey buttered biscuits. Their goal is to Feed People Chicken at an affordable price without compromising quality.
